How does Green Kiosks Use my Information?

Green Kiosks is the sole and exclusive owner of all such Non-PII collected as a result of you utilizing the Services and Green Kiosks may aggregate, analyze, compile, sell or distribute such information in its sole discretion. Non-PII may be collected by Green Kiosks by use of HTTP cookies, as discussed below, pixel-tags, an Internet Protocol address which is identified and logged automatically whenever you visit the website, along with the time of your visits and the webpages that you visited, or other similar methods.

Green Kiosks may use your information, including PII, provided by you for the purpose for which you provided Green Kiosks with the information through the use of the Services. Green Kiosks may also use your information, including PII, to better understand its user’s needs and how Green Kiosks can improve the Services and to contact you with updates or questions about your use of the Services.

Green Kiosks may also use your information, including, but not limited to, sales information and payment data entered into the Services, to create and develop additional services to be included in the Services offered by Green Kiosks or by third parties. Green Kiosks may also use your information to contact you about its own and third-parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you. Green Kiosks may also use the information it has collected from you to enable it to display advertisements to our advertisers’ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your PII for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Green Kiosks reserves the right to retain and save any PII collected through the Services for the length of time Green Kiosks deems suitable, given the purposes for which you provided such PII. Green Kiosks will retain and save such PII for any period required by applicable law or regulation in all cases.


Will Green Kiosks Share this Information with Third Parties?

Green Kiosks may disclose aggregated information about users of the Services, and Non-PII that does not identify any individual or entity, without restriction. Green Kiosks may share the PII, it collects from you with third parties as detailed in the sections below.

With Trusted Services Providers

Green Kiosks works with third parties that assist Green Kiosks in providing products and services to its customers. Any PII you supply to Green Kiosks may be passed to such third parties in connection with providing the services requested by you. When PII is provided to a third party, Green Kiosks requires that such third party protect your PII in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Green Kiosks may receive a fee for providing this information to specific third parties, such as promotional agencies and other Green Kiosks affiliates. 

Green Kiosks may also disclose PII to third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures.  Unless we contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, their use of PII will be subject to their privacy policies.

Green Kiosks may disclose information, including PII obtained through the Services when required by law or if the good faith belief exists that such action is necessary in order to comply with the law or legal process.  Green Kiosks may also disclose your information to our legal counsel, governmental authorities or law enforcement if Green Kiosks believes that it is reasonably necessary to do so in order to comply with a law or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Green Kiosks’s rights or property.

In an Aggregate and Non-Personally Identifiable Manner

Green Kiosks may disclose aggregate Non-PII (such as aggregate and anonymous usage data, platform types, etc.) about the overall use of our Services publicly or with interested third parties to advertise and market the Services or to help them understand, or to help us improve, the Services.

In Connection with the Sale of the Corporation or a Change in Control

In the event of a merger, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, divestiture or other sale or transfer, Green Kiosks may transfer your information to the new owner so that the Services can continue to operate. Promotional Offers from the Company

If you do not wish to have your PII used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to the contact information set forth below. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.


How does Green Kiosks Protect your Information?

Green Kiosks takes reasonable precautions and has implemented security measures to safeguard all PII from unauthorized access. Green Kiosks uses technical and physical measures to keep your PII secure.  We use industry standard firewalls, scanning software and real time monitors to detect and block malicious code.  Internally, we employ encryption technology, user authentication systems and access control mechanisms to secure access to our computer systems and data stores containing PII.

Although Green Kiosks takes reasonable steps to maintain the security of the PII associated with the Services, please be aware that no security measures are impenetrable. Green Kiosks cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your PII and Green Kiosks is not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Services or where an error may occur in the administration of technology. Please use caution whenever submitting PII through the use of the Services. You may, of course, decline to submit PII through the Services, in which case Green Kiosks may not be able to provide certain services to you.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, Green Kiosks will notify users of the Services within seven (7) business days, should a data breach to their PII occur.


Links to Other Websites, Cookies and Track Signals

Green Kiosks is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to from within the Services, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and your activities on that third party website is subject to such third party website’s own rules and policies.

Green Kiosks uses “cookies” on its website. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a website visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our website and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the user’s experience on our website. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any PII on our website. Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Green Kiosks’s website does not currently respond to “do not track” signals.


Employee Confidentiality Training

Confidentiality training is provided to all Green Kiosks employees and hired contractors. All employees are required to review Green Kiosks confidentiality policies on an annual basis. Access to PII is restricted to persons who have a Green Kiosks business need for the information. Information and physical security policies and procedures are in place to protect PII from theft, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. Internal reviews of Green Kiosks policies and procedures are conducted to ensure that adequate safeguards for information security are in place.
